It seems that we now find out that michael brown was just a garden variety thug and ner'dowell. not an innocent freedom fighter the liberal media prayed and hoped he would be.

The guy in the video is slightly more heavyset and wearing different shoes...

In any case, getting shot 3 times in the head while unarmed and surrendering isn't how you deal with a shoplifter making the whole thing irreverent even if true. The problem is that the police have become jackbooted thugs on a power trip. I've been stopped for everything from armed robbery (that I didn't do) to breaking curfew (no curfew actually existed) and I'm a middle class white guy! At least before it was just racism, now things are just bad regardless. The police need to be cut down to size, small villages don't need tanks and DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS.

its him. i haven't heard anyone in the media or family argue that it wasn't him, rather they say, "this isn't helping to show this video" or its "an attack on his character".

the fact is it is the truth and releveant to his bullying characteristics which may have led him to think he could walk down the middle of the street and confront anyone who tried to stop him.

most human beings would not open fire on someone who is simply giving up and holding their hands up in the air. it doesn't make sense that this cop would do that. bottom line, beyond the barbarian mob's rhetoric and hyperbole, it's unknown if he was surrendering or attacking.

When the ONLY people saying he wasn't running away and/or surrendering are the people who killed him, it tends to add to the amount of salt I take with that line.

The attention given to race seems to just be an attempt to subvert the justice system. And if course put money in the bank accounts if Sharpton and the like. Look at thecrap they raised over Martin. That dumb ass was shot in self defense. Courts proved it. Brown was shot because he attacked a police officer. Good.

There is reason we developed a Grand Jury system...it allows for intricate examination to decide if complex cases need further review in court trial. If it is to be ignored...why even bother.

I actually am an alternate on my local grand jury. I am hoping for a chance to sit on it. Normally it's even somebody is sick. But I want to just to see that end of thejustice system. It's something that is rarely even thought about but vitally important.

Michael Brown was a thug who stole a few boxes of cigars from the store's counter and he attacked the store owner and the police officer. Darren Wilson, a white police officer, told ABC News that he felt like a five-year-old boy when he was charged by Brown, who was twice bigger than Wilson. The intimidation factor has led to the shooting of the unarmed teenager but Wilson could have handled the situation better if he had been patrolling Ferguson with a partner to back him up.

My thoughts on it are to let the justice system do it's job. Occasionally it does mess up. It certainly has its flaws.

But the court system must do it's job. The mob doesn't get to exact justice
