The first primaries are tomorrow night and all signs point to an easy win for Romney. Any bold predictions or ideas on what might happen? Who do you think will drop out after tomorrow if anyone?

I'm surprised that Huntsman is still in the race.

But, I would love to see him do better than expected. I don't know exactly why he hasn't had his chance in the spotlight, when everyone else has. Even that crazy Bachman gal. Right? I mean, conservatives don't like their choices, so why don't they expand their horizons a little bit?

I would have liked to see Huntsman do better as well, but at this point things aren't looking too good. Polls suggest that he will probably end up fighting it out for third with Santorum. If that happens I think the loser of the two (whoever gets 4th or worse) will face some tough questions, especially if they aren't polling well for S. Carolina.

He was never on my radar anyway, but I have heard more than one person that was turned off by him speaking Chinese in the debate. One said he was "just showing off" and I don't know about the others. As for me I don't care. Heck I thought it was cool when W. was speaking Spanish to the president of Mexico back in the day.:p

So Romney took it easily (as expected), followed by Paul and Huntsman in that order. Gingrich and Santorum are fighting it out for 4th and Perry will easily finish in last. Thoughts?

It seems this is not the year for the "bomb throwers". As I said before, too many people know Newt. Santorum sounds too much like a preacher at times. Then there is "I would go back to Iraq" Perry. He was not going to win, but I think he blew his pilot light out with that one.

It's probably more like they don't like seeing our potential new commander-in-chief kowtowing to our financial overlords. I personally have no problem with him speaking Chinese - I think it's great that he's bilingual - but for him to trot it out on stage during the campaign is a little different that using it in conversation with an actual Chinese person.

That's not exactly a serious offense though.

True. I really don't know why I have never considered him in this election. I really should not just ignore the guy. But he can't keep my attention when he speaks.
