Kinda reminds you of those people back in the day who want to shake your hand to make up and have one of those shocker buzzers and go HA! HA! I see that if the U.S. actually falls for this.

I think the best course of action for the United States would certainly be to take this message with a grain of salt. The other issue I see is that while they may be willing to cooperate, that has often meant giving them money to get them to listen (if history is any example.) In my book, that shouldn't fly.

This seems awfully suspicious to me. It wasn't a couple months ago that they were threatening to punish any intervention as far as their missile testing went and now out of no where they want to be peaceful?

They've done this many times before, it's a great PR stunt. They tell anybody who will listen they want peace but then threaten other countries with annihilation if they try to intervene.

Good point. Maybe they are working at testing some more missiles, so hoping to sugar coat things first before they try again?
