So it looks like Jeb is making a run for the WH. Thoughts?

Poll: Bush surges to 2016 GOP frontrunner - CNN.com

1 of only 2 Republicans I'd vote for myself.

Though I think Jeb is a competent candidate, His brother has destroyed the family name going forward and Jeb would likely lose to Hillary. As of yet I simply do not see a Republican that can be considered truly viable.

I would vote for Huntsman....but the GOP wont even consider him.

Don't care.

Then why did you post?

I doubt Hillary's chances. Keep in mind that she was just as hyped up in '08 then went on to lose the Primary to a black guy nobody outside Chicago and the Obama family had ever heard of before. The media wants Hillary to be sure but I really do think it's a 2 way contest between herself and Sen. Warren. A 3 way contest if Sen. Sanders joins the Democratic Party. As for Jeb, he's the runaway favorite with Republicans and can pull support from across the political spectrum. I wouldn't say he's a shoo in but he has at least as good a shot as Hillary.

The motherland
America will face a stark choice between a Bush and a Clinton and it will be a competition between the two political dynasties. The GOP experimented with McCain and Romney but neither candidate was supported by the core base of the party. Jeb Bush could actually pull it off but he needs to distance himself from his elder brother. Otherwise it will be Bush's third term. I can copy Bush's Texan accent perfectly and I miss the Bush era when things were going in the right direction.

Personally, I do not see anything positive in Bush II but, great many negatives. I see Jebb as a possibility for redemption.

Hell of a risk to take.

How do you figure? He was a decent man who didn't LIE to the public (unlike Obama!!!) He also had MUCH better choices of advisers and underling than Obama.

Anywho, Jeb would be great! My only concern is his wife as 1st lady. I don't think she's be a Laura Bush or even a Michelle Obama.

I would like to see Mitt run again. Ann would be a wonderful 1st lady.

Yeah sure.

Politicians are notorious liars no matter if there is a D or an R after their name.
