It seemed to me to have a slight sprinkling of 'segregation' to it , albeit in a positive way.
True. But many in the US feel we can never do enough to make up for "slavery". Makes no difference that there are no longer any slaves or slave owners living. But some of these laws will or should work for white people when they become the minority. And they will.;)

NO. It's just another "divide and conquer" strategy to divide and weaken the United States, to make us easier to control within the elitist planned global government.

I don't think it is a "divide and weaken" policy as I do think it is passed in good intent. Whether or not the outcome is positive is arguable.
