It is a victory for them. If they oppose a set of ideals or views they should not be forced to partake in those views or ideals. It makes me wonder how the Administration will revise the mandate.

Agreed though the court told the Administration they had to make 60 day updates as to the progress of the revisal.

Though personally the court will not do anything if they do not give them an update (at least I think that). It will be interesting to see if they do give them updates through out the process.
