SCOTUS upholds some parts of Arizona law, throws out others

The court upheld selective enforcement. That is all.

Big day on the SCOTUS front today as the court has announced its ruling on the Arizona law and is expected to release a decision on the ACA ("Obamacare") soon also.

On the Arizona law, they upheld key components but also threw out some parts:

The federal government has the choice to enforce, or not to enforce.

I think that the court copped-out on this issue.

To be honest, I am not familiar enough with the details of this law (or ruling) to comment as I just know what the basic policy changes were upon implementation. I am really looking forward more to the healthcare ruling than this.
