State Department found made mistakes over Benghazi.

The State Dept was found to be at fault for Benghazi. Though not completely at fault but enough of the blame is theirs. The intelligence agency have to shoulder some of the blame.

Now was the Homeland Department not created to make sure this exact thing did not happen? I would think if it has happened again then creating that department and all those jobs would be a waste if the same thing happened again.

I do believe the fault is again partly to blame on the State Dept. First because they failed to heed Stevens warnings which he was telling them weeks prior to the incident. Then the next failure was that they denied him the extra security he asked for which again they are to blame for.

Now had they been given the intelligence that the CIA and NSA and all had they may have likely given it to him but they should not have relied solely on that. They should have relied on the man there and given it to him.

No I would not want to be SOS either.
