So here we are in the new 111th Congress. In the Senate, we have 58 (likely 59) members of the Democratic Caucus, just one vote shy of a filibuster proof majority. In the House, there are 256 Democrats.
Of course we can't forget Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. The joke of the political world. These two have flip flopped on every campaign promise they made and in no time, having fallen below to shameful single digit approval ratings in the previous Congress.
Now with Barack Obama leading the executive branch, maybe now they can actually do something without self destructing as Democrats always do.
