In what way does my explanation of my argument that this attack wasn't truly sectarian portray my race as Superior? In what way is my analyse of history prejudiced? Do you even know the meaning of these words?

I didn't say you were a supremacist.

It wasn't your analysis of history, it was the rant about caucasian anti American crap that made no sense they attacked because they are nut cases in their madness they felt that murdering some people would be good, the reason isn't their race or their religion, it is their madness, so your point is stupid and not really a point at all. It is an observation that their history, religion and race are similar to many others, thank you captain obvious.

I mentioned their race only because it made no sense from a sectarian stance. In absolutely no way would my point have been any different had I called then Chechens or Russians. You're the one being prejudiced assuming me to be racist before considering the point.

It seems you ARE responding to 1 (or maybe 2) out of context sentences you don't agree with. ;)

Never suggested your position was racist, somebody is defensive. Never assumed you to be racist, seems someone thinks they are a martyr.

You are actually being racist in your response, what white people can't be Muslim extremists? Their nationality and their culture is far more valid then their race. It makes perfect sectarian sense when you realize that even white people can be anti American.

That one or two sentences made your post senseless gibberish.

Any way, if anybody wants to get back to the topic.

Think it was frustration that the aggressors are dead and one is dying. We want reason for this type of attack, but we already know, it is hatred. Sadly some people feel hatred to the extent of murder, even mass murder. I don't know why, but it has been an affliction of our people for all of our existence.

Your post genius, not you, I don't know you. And unlike you I don't make character assessments in people I don't know.

My post made by me. If you think my ideas were racist (despite that not making any sense), then you think I'm racist or have you given up on deductive reasoning now as well.

Says the guy who thinks making it illegal to teach religion in a science class is a bad thing...

Never said that. no threads on this forum about that. If you are going to make up lies at least make up believable ones

The whole thread just about. And not a classroom, a SCIENCE classroom. Nice try with the attempted cover. Judging by the edit, I'm thinking you realized what I was talking about after you posted and tried to cover your bases.

Look again, I never said that religion, or anything but science should be taught in science class.

You completely falsify everything, if you could be right about anything you wouldn't have to lie.

You have dashed your credibility to bits

My conclusion is that Suspect 1 was self-radicalised by online materials associated with al Qaeda and the Caucasus Emirate, a terrorist group based in Chechnya. Both Suspect 1 and his mother were placed on the provisional watch list when the Russian government informed the US about Suspect 1's terror ties in 2011 but the CIA and FBI lacked a sense of urgency to take more specific action because Chechen rebels had never launched attacks outside Russia. Warning signs were also missed due to the fact that the suspect was of Caucasian origin literally and there is an underlying assumption in the intelligence community that al Qaeda operatives are either dark-skinned Arabs or Pakistanis.

The CIA requested that both their names be placed in the U.S. government’s terrorism database known as TIDE (Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment) after it received information from the Russian government that it considered the pair to be potential Islamic militants. An earlier FBI investigation prompted by another Russian request determined that Tamerlan Tsarnaev had no ties to terrorism. Inclusion on the TIDE list of 700,000 names does not mean an individuals are suspected of carrying out terrorist activities or that they require surveillance or face travel restrictions. Instead, the list, maintained by the National Counterterrorism Center, serves as the base point for relevant federal agencies to come up with more specific watch lists that match their criteria, such as the Transportation Security Administration’s no-fly list.

Part of the reason the FBI was so hands off regarding Tsarnaev, despite repeated warnings, is their reluctance to touch anything Muslim, for fear of being labled bigoted. This has been going on for along time, and dozens of cases have been mishandled this way. This is just a bit more serious than the others, ending with a terrorist bombing.

I had assumed the primary reason these people were not closely monitored was because they were on the "TIDE" list, and thus amongst the 750,000 that are filed away until they do something, are connected to something, or for some reason bumped to the next level of watch.

"
The Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment, (TIDE) is the U.S. Government's central database on known or suspected international terrorists, and contains highly classified information provided by members of the Intelligence Community such as CIA, DIA, FBI, NSA, and many others.
There are about 745,000 names in TIDE.[1] In 2008, more than 27,000 names were removed from the list when it was determined they no longer met the criteria for inclusion. According to the FBI, international terrorists include those persons who carry out terrorist activities under foreign direction. For this purpose, they may include U.S. persons (U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents).[2] The Terrorist Identities Group (TIG), located in NCTC's Information Sharing & Knowledge Development Directorate (ISKD), is responsible for building and maintaining TIDE.[3]
From the classified TIDE database, an unclassified, but sensitive, extract is provided to the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center, which compiles the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).
This database, in turn, is used to compile various watch lists such as the TSA's No Fly List, State Department's Consular Lookout and Support System, Homeland Security's Interagency Border Inspection System, and FBI's NCIC (National Crime Information Center) for state and local law enforcement."

I'll assume all this is correct, but what is also correct is that the FBI has been sidestepping actions against Muslims, and even rewrote their books to remove the word jihad. They've also been cozying up to Muslims in high levels of Muslim Brotherhood front groups like Mohammad something or other, the head honcho of ISNA (Islamic Society of North America), the top Muslim Brotherhood front group in America.

And if Tsarnaev was filed away, that's because he wasn't connected to something ? But he was. As the FBI was warned by the Russians. Should have been a red flag just that Tamarlan was returning to the very same country that he was given political asylum from, and a hotbed of terrorism.
