Just as I am free to "Think" Middle Eastern men are nasty creatures to be avoided....it is not OK to walk into a Mosque and yell it.

I should be, and AM. There are no rules or laws saying I cannot...IF the people I work for require me not to then said freedom has stipulations that entail damages should I go against them.

IF said job explained to you before hand you would be fired for doing so...YOU got yourself fired for doing so. Facebook, text, gossip....whatever, you broke the rules of employment.

I have fired people for it myself.
