It won't come as a surprise that a man of such stuff could become a senator given the shocking fact that even a notorious dead pimp could win a seat in the Nevada senate in 2018.
Dennis Hof, a pimp who owned several brothels in Nevada, was elected to the Nevada state assembly even though he died three weeks ago in October 2018. Hof called himself “The Trump of Pahrump,” after his town in Nevada. After his primary upset in June, in which he beat a three-term incumbent, Hof credited President Trump with making it possible for an anti-establishment candidate like himself to run for office. “It’s all because Donald Trump was the Christopher Columbus for me,” he told the Associated Press. “He found the way, and I jumped on it.”
He seemed to imply, "If Trump is fit for office, why not me?"
