WILL, not may. He was going to all along. The GOP was just going thru the motions of pacifying the Dimms, but that is a 100% unachievable task. The ONLY thing that would pacify greater than 0% would be to withdraw the nominee, only to find it will be "ground hog day" all over again for the next 100% qualified nominee.

So it always was going to be. The Repubs have the votes even if every Dem votes no. This whole thing has been about limiting his credibility once confirmed and creating Midterm and 2020 soundbites becuase the man is an unqualified mess who is going to leave the Dems saying 'told you so' come Election Day.
Not necessarily! In the remote chance the 7th FBI investigation found ANYTHING new, the 3 or so GOP holdouts "might" have voted NO.

It would be quite the buffoon move for the Dimms to harp on Kavanaugh's phantom transgressions up to election day. There REALLY will be a RED WAVE if that is the case.

He doesn't have a good record on the 1st Amendment and he was extremely partisan during the hearings which isn't good in a judge.
Justice Ginsburg made negative remarks about President Trump and refused to attend his first State of the Union address. Is she a good justice?
Plus, she didn't clap at all and was sitting like a statue at the ceremonial swearing in. If that isn't being partisan, I don't what is.
Apparently his record is not a bad at all. LOL! A JOB INTERVIEW (especially one with viscous attacks) is nothing remotely similar to hearing a case - hello?! Quite a lame, grabbing at straws, Dimm party line talking point indeed.
