On phones? For low income Americans? And now...the Wall Street Journal investigates(cause you won't get a transparent investigation from government)......and there are some who don't qualify?

Why am I paying for ANYONE'S phone save for my own family? What in God's name is going on?
This is a government program that should be sliced immediately.....we're too busy explaining to the "rich" that they don't pay enough of their "fair share."
