1. Donald Trump has displayed a troubling pattern of attacking judges and the courts for rulings he disagrees with — a pattern that began during his presidential campaign (and even before), and has continued into his presidency.
This threatens our entire system of government. The courts are bulwarks of our Constitution and laws, and they depend on the public to respect their judgments and on officials to obey and enforce their decisions. Fear of personal attacks, public backlash, or enforcement failures should not color judicial decision-making, and public officials have a responsibility to respect courts and judicial decisions. Separation of powers is not a threat to democracy; it is the essence of democracy....

2. The "America First" president, or rather the "Me First" president, unleashed an angry tweet storm on Saturday (12 December 2020) at the Supreme Court for dismissing his effort to overturn his election loss. “The Supreme Court had ZERO interest in the merits of the greatest voter fraud ever perpetrated on the United States of America,” Trump tweeted. The lawless president's contempt of court, beginning even years before his 2016 presidential campaign, shows that he considers himself above the law and the Supreme Court.
The lawless president not only refuses to abide by the rules of the election but also refuses to play by the international rules. In September 2018, his administration launched a bellicose attack on the International Criminal Court, describing it as "fundamentally illegitimate" and "outright dangerous" in a speech that has alarmed human rights groups. Judges from the International Criminal Court (ICC) were threatened with ban, arrest and even prosecution if they pursued an investigation into the war crimes of American soldiers in Afghanistan.
If the lawless president is really the "Second Coming of God" as proclaimed by him, will he be held liable for all his crimes on earth when he returns to Heaven in due course?

The US president also lashed out at Bill Barr, as thousands of his supporters returned to Washington for rallies to back his efforts to subvert his election loss.

Trump Declares Himself “King of Israel,” the “Second Coming of God”
The president is sick of “disloyal” American Jews, who apparently don’t know what’s good for them. But “Jewish people in Israel love him,” according to the crazed conspiracy theorist Trump quoted on Twitter.
'Dead to us': Trump will ban, arrest International Criminal Court judges
The US may also punish countries that co-operate with the court, which was established in 2002 to prosecute genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
