The editorialism in the title only hurts your case because it makes you look like a crazy sensationalist (those of us who know you know it is accurate, but now even 1st time viewers will think it).

You have one defamatory post, and you keep repeating it. Do you realize how BORING you are? Being boring is worse than being wrong, but you imagine to pull both off all the time. :p

Maybe if you stopped being a 'liberals are destroying America' broken record we might start taking you seriously.

I am very disappointed in Mr. Obama over this pipeline. This is one issue that will make it difficult for me to vote for him in 2012.

Obama is punting. He wants to wait until after the elections to approve it as to not upset the environmentalists, thus potentially hurting his chances for re-election.

I do not care for these sort of games. By punting, he is jeopardizing the pipeline. China is already knocking on Canada's door wanting in on the deal. I am not entirely sure if Canada will wait until after the 2012 elections.

Obama is attempting to please everyone. He is walking the fine line between the unions and environmentalists.

True leaders do the hard thing, not the popular thing.

I agree 100%. And all of them have already went over the limit on punting.:(

Iowa-Nebraska border
We live a short distance from the proposed pipeline and the local discussion echos what Cornet wrote. Studies have lasted about three years, and before the uproar, the State Department seemed ready to approve of the pipe line.

After ranchers and environmentalists began to protest, Republican Governor Johannes wrote to Obama and asked for a delay until Trans- Canada moved the Nebraska segment of the pipe line from the Ogalla Aquifer. This attracted too much attention, so Obama decided to punt, and Republicans called his bluff.
