the destruction of party and canidate

I think partys ( Rep, Dem, etc. ) destroy the informed opinions of some people by laying down a set of views that these people blindly follow thus elimating their chance to make a desicion they themselves did the work to gain.

True. But if we are stupid enough to keep falling for it what can you do?

It has to do with money...that's it, money. You cannot get away from the party system; even if you removed the party names the money would still be dictating the candidates and the policies.

It is all about incentives. People want value. A lot of people value money and hence, money is often the incentive.
