LOL!
That's like saying water is wet.
What? So now your agreeing that healthcare is a right?

No, not at all.
Yet pointing out that the Declaration of Human Rights is Constitutionally binding is like saying water is wet?
No but we're signatories to the UN Charter so the UN has the force of law.
I dont give a flying **** about what the un or other countries say, and no it isnt law here, the costitution and bill of rights are top law here.
What do icare of the rest of the world, I live in the us.
It is law in America, I suggest you go learn something before posting. America signed up for it in 1948.
supereme law is the constitution, ask a supreme court justice what oath they take to up hold. It is not a un declaration. They didnt deliberate on the un declaration when deciding weather to go ahead with obama care. Only the constitution.
Supreme law is the constitution. That is it, there is no silly words you can use to get around it un is beneath it, no matter what the fact is constitution is supreme law, regardless of shich treaty we sign.
You know nothing of the government in the usa.
As I quoted from the Constitution, treaties are the supreme law of the land. We're signatories to the UN Charter making it equal (so long as it doesn't counter the Constitution) in legal standing. The Declaration of Human Rights in no way counters the Constitution and so is the 'supreme law of the land' as per Article 6.

Obviously I know more than you do. You were wrong, just accept it.
Well you haven't backed up you self with anything but your own heresay so it appears you know nothing. Tell me how any declaration trumps the rule in my country.
I never said it trumps the rule of your country, I said it was law in your country. Try reading what I say not what you made up.
Obviously I know more than you do. You were wrong, just accept it.
Debatable.
Just saying someone is wrong is mindless contradiction. Why am I wrong.
True it is debatable, really the treaty is the un itself, but we do generally follow the princaples listed therein. But we don't have to.
But to get back to the topic, healthcare is not mentionened, just health. Health is a very broad term, if it includes health care, that means all health care correct?
It is a fact you were wrong..you must learn to get over it and move on. You could not even keep track of what I actually stated.
I even posted it up for you to learn something and you did not. It says medical care which is health care. Here you go..
The UN declaration on Human Rights,
Article 25.
- (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
