It depends it could very well pass. In more liberal states this type of bill could pass.
Just curious....how many large capacity clips do you own, and how many weapons that could do the damage we are all crying over?
They will never force you to give up your revolver...nor me my 12 guage, .38, or my wifes .22
The biggest clip I have is 20 round clip that I only use when I am at the shooting range. I have four clips for my 9 mm three 16 round clips and the one 20 round clip.
For my .308 Semi auto I have a ten round clip. The I have a 38 special (which was my Grandfather service revolver). I have a 38 snub nose. and 40 caliber semi auto with a ten round clip. Plus a Mossberg 12 gauge.
With greatest respect, I have to ask "Why?" Who or what are you expecting to invade your home or threaten you?
For me at least...I have the shotgun in case they make enough noise to alert me, the .38 in case they do not, and the .22 in case they get past me and my wife needs to defend herself.
I also understand and hope none will ever be used.

I am in the same boat as you I don't want to have to use them but they are there because I know what happens. I been to close to danger most of my life and I know what needs to be done to protect my family.
I can't use a compound bow any more
. I had one sold it after my accident. Though I am looking into buying a crossbow.
I have pistols that have 17 round magazines. Beretta 92 is a nine millimeter with a17 round magazine.
Home invasion I would go for the ole shotty. A twelve guage in the face is a great deterrent. in any situation where I could have a primary weapon, I would never reach for a secondary pistol.

It not a matter of who or why it happens. The shotgun was a hunting gun though until I am cleared it is not in use nor is it loaded. My 38 is the only gun loaded in my house. Though I own gun half are for hunting. The 9mm is for fun that I take to the gun range.
The 38 Special I mention was my Grandfather's Police Service Revolver and is in a case on display a long with his badge, holster, handcuffs, and Police ID. So that I don't even take into consideration.
I myself only keep on loaded gun within arms reach. As i explained to you before one that my kids don't even know I own nor do they know where it is hidden. All other weapons are in a lock gun cabinet along with the ammo.
So don't take my amount of gun as all for personal defense :giggle:.

I use to be quite good at archery especially bow season. Now I can't pull the bow back and keep it in my left hand. I sold it right after I had my neck surgery. I am looking into a crossbow that is a crank.
Yeah that would do the trick though I only keep my 38 handy. I can do the job with just that. I really don't want to be cleaning up a mess lol.
