the 2nd point out real conspiracies, Roswell (which the gov't admitted was a conspiracy), Area 51 (it's plan as day on Google Earth), ect.
I always understood Roswell and Groom Lake as simple fact, rather than a proper conspiracy theory. No one denied them, after all.
EDIT: Should i rather add - any more.
Well naturally people aren't perfect and never will be. Most of us probably believed in santa at one point even though now years later we know it was a bit of a kids thing. Life is a learning experience. There was a time i seriously considered conspiracy theories. I tend to take a much more common sense attitude now.

But you'd probably get some laughs at the things some of them say (IE rubber being able to run over a puddle of molten iron unphased --the "melted metal" in that case turned out to be sunlight, on the ground and rubber combusts at around 900 degrees give or take.)
The conspiracy theories around 9/11 are absolutely insane! I believe there is one reasonable explanation for why these sort of conspiracies have come to life is because George Bush was the president under the period when 9/11 happened. The interest of hurting Bush is so great that some will stop at nothing to turn anything that is other peoples fault over on Bush's shoulders. We all know who's behind 9/11, and we all know that Bush has done everything in his power to stop these people ever doing so again. Gitmo, Iraq and Afghanistan are the important parts of Bush's presidential period to stop terrorists.
He created more then he stopped. Islam is the fastest growing religion in america right now, taking a harsh stance against them is just bad politics. Why do you think the Feds leave the Christians alone? They don't want a war. Why they don't see the same this with Muslims is beyond me.
Bush stopped a lot of evil in the Arab countries, Saddam Hussein as an example. He also started the war on terror, this was and still is necessary after what happened to the United States. I am sure the FBI and all other institutions in the United States that has a task to make people abide by the law and order in their states and in the United States treat people as individuals and not by religion or political beliefs, if they did they would also be a part of breaking American law.
I'd like for you to show me a concrete source that tells me that your information is correct, especially your statement about Saddam Hussein was put to power by the United States. And when DID the war on terror start if it didn't after 9/11?
If we are supposed to define war on terror as a war on Islam we can go all the way back to the crusades. But speaking of today, the war on terror started in 2001.
And as you say, no direct installation. Saddam Hussein wasn't elected by the United States.
the war on terror started in 2001.
I am speaking of todays terrorism, the wars Reagan fought back then and now are not the same.
Completely agreed. Bush declared war against terrorism shortly after 9/11 in his famous address to Congress on 20 September 2001.I am speaking of todays terrorism, the wars Reagan fought back then and now are not the same.
