9 Year Old boy used as Target Practice

The tradegy of one potential suicide bomber being killed before he can inflict pain and misery on innocents aside, the choice of target for target practice made perfect sense.

If you can hit a nine year old boy at some distance, you'll be able to hit a grown man at the same distance. Kudos to the soldiers for such an inventive training methodology.

Too obvious troll.

I find this a bit unbelievable. I can't find this anywhere outside of anti-Israeli islamic web sites. There may be some truth in this incident but it seems to be embellished to suit a political agenda. If this really happened it would be all over the press, not just some extremely questionable web sites.

Agreed. Just like most US anti-Muslim propaganda.

Incredible, you condone the murder of a child. It's quite a disgrace that we've attracted you to these forums.

I find it equally unbelievable. I'm almost certain the slant to it must have been politically motivated.

All people. As opposed to being concentrated in the hands of politicians and people of wealth.
Politicians and people of wealth are people too.

Some of them may be.

We, as moral agents, deserve to be respected and treated as equals. Just because we're different, doesn't make us holistically better or worse. Since most aspects are subjective and relative anyway, that's even more so.

We deserve to be respected, yes. But as equals, depends where we are. If we are in the White House, the President would be more than our equal. People wish to be born equal, but they really are not. We are all different and unique, and as we grow up we find very soon that there are people who are more equal and less equal than we are, even when we wish it to be different.

We are all individuals, and thus, all different. But we shouldn't be treated any different for it. That is my opinion.

Got it. For example yesterday when there was someone who was from a well to do family here at my work, my boss just put everything down and courtsied and danced around him in the extreme. If it had been someone different, he may have been friendly but would not have extended the same level of courtesy to the visitor. I agree, that kind of treatment is wrong, as I'm sure yesterday it must have been amusing to that visitor too. It was very embarassing to me.
