Abuse of power simply means "abnormal use of power". It does NOT mean illegal use of power. Far from it. The two are decoupled.

Somehow the Democrat crowd doesn't think there was anything wrong with Obama spying on the Trump campaign , Falsely fabricate FISA warrants , or altered FBI records of interviews with Trump supporters . This goes way beyond the abuse of power .
