Rick Perry is another corporate sellout. Elect him and it is once more new boss, same as the old boss.
As for this ad, balanced budgets for states are nothing to brag about considering they have capital budgets and the Federal government does not. Also, a lot of Texas' growth has been due to the oil and policies that were already in place, not necessarily due to anything Perry did.

I don't care what Republican voters think. Those Republican voters also elected Bush twice and McCain for the GOP nomination. Also, do you have any refutation to my points (or do you agree and still like Perry) or are you just blindly voting for him because you like him? If it's the latter, reminds you of how another president got elected, doesn't it? 
Strawman? Pelosi is the last person I would vote for. So you have to resort to this sort of nonsense when you have no more logical points left (assuming you have any to begin with)?

I have no idea what you mean by few libertarians are libertarians, David, but seriously forget the monikers, they don't matter. The founding fathers (Jeffersonian camp, not Hamilton) were liberals in their day, were conservatives in the Goldwater days, and are simultaneously classical liberals and libertarians today. The definitions change over time and depending on who you talk to. Stick to the issues.
Ugh, pretty good until the end (even if it was Fed money creating those jobs) but being 'taught' to support Israel? What kind of way to handle diplomacy is that? Sure he was probably just pandering to religious conservatives but still, he'll need to drop that if he wants to win the general. You support a nation if they earn that support, not because you're 'taught' to.

Paul will never get elected because his social views are way too out of the mainstream: He is in favor of legal prostitution, gay marriage, legalizing hard drugs, and other things that the average American will not accept. Plus he is too isolationist.
The best thing to do with Ron Paul is for the Republican nominee, after being nominated, to immediately announce that he is appointing Ron Paul to either the Fed or the Treasury. That way we can use him for his one good strength - fiscal policy - and get the Paulbots on board. But Paul as President? No how, no way, Jose'
As for Perry, I must admit I was dissapointed in his debate performance. If he does just as bad in the next debates, I think its a lock for Romney.
