Actually, Hitler was!

He believed he was righteous in all his plans/actions.

In his book Mein Kampf and in public speeches prior to and in the early years of his rule, he affirmed a belief in Christianity.

Oh, so "some" historians overrule Hitler's own words.

When I said he "was" a Christian, I didn't say or mean 100% of his entire life.
