As most of you have probably heard, Bill went to North Korea and had two American journalists released.

Does anybody else think there's more than meets the eye here? The WH has said that he went as a private citizen and didn't represent the United States in ANY way, yet the official statement by the N Koreans mention possibilities of discussion over their nuclear program - even though it was espressly forbidden by the White House prior to the departure.

Is Bill setting Hillary up for a potential 2012 run? 2016?

No. I'm certain his mission was limited to brokering a deal for the two American journalists. Technically if he would have gone with other motives, the North Koreans could have jailed him too. He would have broken his condition of being in North Korea as a private citizen. I'm almost certain that the North Koreans are posturing, or maybe even taunting President Obama.
