That does not mean you can say whatever you want. I can't say he won by 8 dollars or 8 apples or 8 oranges. Just because you and I know it was 8 votes does not mean everyone does. Semantics matter (and especially in this case where "points" has a different but appropriate contextual meaning than votes or people).
I would love to see Santorum pull it off. I said in an earlier thread I expected him to finish in the top three, though I thought Mr. Paul would win Iowa.Now Paul has a tough road ahead, going into the Northeast. We will see how he is embraced.
