Attacked? That seems a bit too strong a word.

At this point, we're not happy with Israel, insulting us during a state visit and all. I doubt anyone would be attacked and if they have been, proof? News article? Video? Police report? Not that I'm expecting proof. More an accusation of using the fabled 'Fox News playbook'.

If you don't mind me asking notimpressed, are you from outside of the United States? You seem to have a lot of preconceived notions about Americans and seem to think that we are all one and the same in many regards, which is far from true.

The US isn't some monolithic political unit but a collection of many and in some cases radically different nations, cultures and even civilizations that generally have nothing in common save a love of liberty and respect for the 200+ year history of the Republic.

Thse notions are nto preconcived. I watched people get attacked for saying anything. watched LV tV where microphones were shut off. Saw CNN and C-span hang up on Israeli critics. Americcans always repsond this way. "Well I think this soo all 300 million" Your generalzing this and blah blah blah. Its all hogwash. You come out against Isreal your gonna get called a nazi.

And what do you say of the pro-Palestine groups in the nation- many of which are generally against Israel when it comes to relations between the two? They are everywhere and you don't see riots there. I go to a large university where there is an active Palestinian student association and while the Israeli student association and them don't get along, there is never any violence or fighting, but just peaceful protesting.

Yeah I post 100, and get that. I post 1000 get the same 10.000 same. The fact that nothing is 100 percetn representive of all 300 million means nothing. 300 million individuals dont run the public voice. And being able to lean over to freind and say something doesnt mean its not a taboo that is now being backed by actual law, and survaliance.

You don't get it. Of course some people and some leaders might feel that way. That does not mean everyone does. Heck, it you support Israel, then some people will always attack you too. There are people on both sides as with most things.

Um, as I said in a couple posts above this, I've seen pro-Palestine rallies at my university more than once before. As for criticizing Israel, you realize that President Obama has done that several times in during his tenure in office as did Clinton last March over Palestinian evictions, right? Furthermore, Israel got quite a bit of criticism after the recent flotilla incident, especially before the facts were all out.

I don't know why you bother, to him all Americans are nothing but arrogate, Zionist sheep who can't think for ourselves and exist as a single entity.

He ignores that our opinions do differ, that we are individualistic and that we're in fact a collection of different peoples. He also refuses to offer evidence to back his arguments and ridicules anyone that disagrees with him as being some Fox optative.

All you are doing at this point is trying to build an argument ad nauseum, which is a logical fallacy. Sure there might be a pending law that may be pro-Israel or there may be people who never criticize Israel, but just like in any other nation, there are also people that do criticize Israel. If you fail to realize that, you either need to learn more about various peoples or you are just blinding yourself because you are so set in what you believe that you refuse to listen to anything else.

Ohh you peopel think your all deabte club experts. Its really irritating. There is no argument. ITs very much true and simply denying is not some deabate winnign tactic. Playing this genraltialzation stuff is simply a a way to wiggle out of any remark.

Its common in thses sites for Ameicans to try to pin somebody into making 100 disclaimers and execptions to any statment. ITs not a valid argument at all.

The bias is there its contantly talked about. You can find it with a simple search. I showed links. I can show more youll state the same thing over and over and think you made some point and youd still be dead wrong.

David and I have already proved to you that everyone does not feel that way here. Your links have shown that some people feel that way and there is no doubt about that, we agree with you there. It is just that not all and not a vast majority of people feel that way. You're making an argument that 300 million people are nothing more than cloned drones and you make it sound like we are making the absurd argument
