The fact that we have publically self-avowed Communists in the highest eschalons in government today and a president who is a socialist means McCarthy was right. And the Crusaders liberated lands from Islamic oppressors, the model by which we fight our wars today: Wars of liberation.

There are such radicals everywhere. Those who laugh at a country because of the extremist idiots are usually being hypocritical when not judging their own countries on the same basis. USA did not exist before either. It was created by exterminating the natives of Americas by criminals/outlaws banished from Europe. Europeans were fed up with them and wanted to keep them away from them. So, best way was to snatch land from Palestinians in Middle East and relocate them from Germany and other parts of Europe.
