As opposed to meandering around conservation land (the only way this will get passed) on it's way across the continent to be put out of commission by the 1st major hurricane to pass thru Texas? Ya, real smart, this is all about Big Oil folks in Texas making money and has shit to do with the economy or national security or it would be directed to northern ports.

The polls have him at around 50% vs Romney, who polls the strongest against him. Unemployment has gone down two months in a row and if it continues to get better, he will undoubtedly be competitive. Not really a bizarre conclusion, especially given that Comet game some stipulations that would help Obama's electability. Oh and he has the Chicago political machine with over a billion dollars to spend on the election.

This has nothing to do with white men or black men. It has nothing to do with race. I don't know how political support works in your country, but that is not how things work here.
Maybe this year, we'll see a third-party win. We will most likely be facing two really bad choices for president, and a really good candidate could come in and steal it.
Perhaps if s/he started with a voter registration campaign to get people to switch to his/her party from the other two, s/he could show that they are strong enough to win, and then actually pull it off.
I'll tell ya, I don't think the world is going to end this year, but the Mayans were sure on to something. Everything is going screwy.

I don't see a third-party doing more than spoiling an election this year. They can change the winner, but not be the winner.
Not necessarily- it can help someone who is going to win, win by a greater percentage too (imagine if Hilary ran- that would largely cut into Obama's vote).
Either way, I have possible prediction concerning this- independents will matter more in this election than ever before and I think the number of independents will grow moving forward.

You are a racist and you are wrong. Your use of blanket statements makes you seem very ignorant. For example, all of the Republican party is not white, Republicans do not inherently support the rich because they are rich, both parties sell out, most politicians in every country sell out, white people do not think in some collective unit and they are not collectively "hungry for power", etc.
The worst part is that you are not even willing to listen to logical arguments here- you just want to spout your nonsense. In doing so you appear very ignorant and ironically YOU are the one that appears to be HATEFUL, RACIST, and in a sense CORRUPT, not the Republicans, Americans or anyone else as a collective unit.

If white people and black people had their roles reversed, I highly doubt that things would have ended up differently, vis a vis slavery in America. The term 'White' was invented by the European race who bestows this title on itself. Why squirm when this term is used?
It is used to identify race in all job applications in US. Europeans had this illusion that they are 'White'. In reality, no one is. You can call European beige, Redneck, freckled zebra skin etc. Chinese, Japanese, and Middle Eastern race have fairer skin than Europeans but they are labelled as orientals or .... by the 'Euros' who invented this race classifications.
