Im sorry but he originally claimed many times that he had nothing to do with 9-11 and some tape is brought into al jazeer's office in 2004 claiming its bin laden who now claims responsibility for the attack? Are you ok man. Bin Laden has never done an attack on anyone without 100% claiming responsibility for the attack beforehand. Why would the guy wait 3 full years then change his mind about claiming responsibility for the attack? Is it out of fear?????? The guy doesnt care about life (even his own), why would he do a kerry flip-flop and claim responsibility. http://physics911.net/kevinbarrett

Did you even read the article I gave you? The third or second time he was asked, he ADMITTED ON TAPE that he had something to do with the 9-11 attacks. Umm, maybe he claimed responsibility for his own actions because he felt like he had to, gain popularity among the Americans (like he has already done), craves attention, etc.

But he did, claim full responsibility to being a part of the attacks, I'm not sure if you read the article or not, it says near the middle -> bottom.

An admission...that's all you have! That's nowhere near enough evidence for a true skeptic. *end sarcasm*

There's also other stuff I could probably pull up about hijackers and financial connections and stuff...but I've lost hope on making a dent in PingPong's ideology.

He admitted nothing and if you went beyond that make believe tape you will understand that this makes no sense and doesnt jive with how al queda operatesssssssssssss. Osama has never done something, said he didnt do it then turn around and admit to doing it. This is amazinggggggggggg

His original statement before he went into hiding said he didnt do itttttttttttt. Then some tape that could have come from anywhere shows up on al jazeeras door and no one from al queda themselves even claims that this tape is authentic.

I dont know how much longer i can post here as this is worse than dp.
I dont know if you guys act this way on purpose or are really that gullible.
This coming from a government that covertly took over a third world country that was democratic and we didnt even find out about it till later.
Do a search on the firemen that heard blasts on the bottom of the tower. Do a search on osama's original statement.

Al queada never has flipflopped on an attack. My goddddddddd, Osama even admitted he would love to take credit for this attack but it wasnt himmmmmmmmmm.

There are many many people you can emulate but parakeet????

READ OSAMAS ORIGINAL STATEMENTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT PLEASE, then go through al quaedas history then use some common sense. Has Osama ever not admitted to an attack???????? YES OR NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Then thinkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk: does this make senseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee??????????????????????????????

I actually already posted a rebuttal to your claim that firemen heard explosions. It would be nice if you addressed that.

I see you're bringing up Iran again. Please explain how that is remotely relevant. 70 years ago the Japanese were a violent and militant nation that committed awful atrocities in their region of the world. Are we supposed to judge the current government based on those action? We did awful things in the name of what we felt was right. Our history is littered with wars fought to have access to cheap resources (I'll again bring up the wars in South and Central America done to secure cheap fruit for a few corporations). Why would that matter now, as long as we remain vigilant.

Even if Osama didn't have control of the operation, how do we immediately jump to a US conspiracy?

Edit: Just remembered that that's in the 9/11 thread. So sorry for the minor derail.

It depends a lot on how things turn out over the next 20 years or so but I think at best the Iraq war will be seen as a blunder and Bush will be seen as asleep at the wheel as far as the economy is concerned.

If Obama is very successful I think he could end up being seen as the Hoover to Obama's Roosevelt. Obviously that's a big if at this point, even as a huge supporter of Obama, I don't necessarily believe things are going to be all roses - things are just too messed up right now... and even Roosevelt didn't turn things around overnight, the depression continued for years!
