Go and check throughout all history, you'll find that all established Governments fail over some period of time. For instance, monarchies never result well, oligarchies cause revolt, and every absolute government has almost certain demise. In response to the quote "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer", this is true to some extent, although you cannot focus in on that alone. A numerous amount positive things have come from democracy. Not one country can be pointed out with no overall flaws in their system. My point is that every country has its problems, some more than others, but to classify the country as inadequit due to some minor issue is foolish.
