The Indus valley civilization and the Sumarian civilization are the two oldest civilizations that come to my mind at the moment. Can you mention some more old civilizations in the world?

China, Egypt, Iraq (Babylon) just to name a few that survived today.

Thanks for the information. Ancient Egyptian civilization dates back to 3150 BC. In fact the Pyramids of Giza are the surviving symbols of the civilization of ancient Egypt.

Have you ever seen the pillars they built? They were the 1st humanity ever created and have walls between them because we didn't know they could stand on their own yet (and were in fact better then walls for holding a building up).

It is amazing how they did that. And how could they have built the tops of the pyramids without using much of the technology available today?
