Five terror suspects including Abu Hamza al-Masri have left jail to begin extradition to the US after losing the last appeal in a long legal battle.
The High Court ruled Hamza, Babar Ahmad, Syed Talha Ahsan, Adel Abdul Bary and Khaled al-Fawwaz did not show "new and compelling" reasons to stay.
The men left Long Lartin prison in Worcestershire in a police convoy.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police's extradition unit are handing them over US marshals at RAF Mildenhall, Suffolk.

It seems they will be going to a maximum security prison and 23 hour a day solitary confinement....too good for them!

Even the Queen expressed concerns about Hamza who has been propagating his extremist views using Britain as a platform for a decade but the EU's human rights laws so far prevented the UK from deporting him to his home country because he could be subject to torture in Jordan and the US finally stepped in to help its closest ally out and other suspects were linked to terrorist activities such as raising funds for al Qaeda.

Anybody seen any evidence that they are terrorists? I thought not.

Found guilty in court of six counts of soliciting murder. There was enough evidence to convict him, so apparently somebody has seen the evidence. Look though the court cases, if it isn't enough for you, than it's a good thing you are not involved in criminal justice system.

By preponderance of the evidence the conclusion was made that he was a terrorist. The evidence is mostly circumstantial but very damning.

Soliciting murder is a misdemeanor,it is not terrorism. He has not been convicted of terrorism at all so please do not make crap up.

He hasn't been convicted of terrorism....yet. However, if he has nothing to hide and is totally innocent of the charges then why make such a long and hard fuss about a trip to USA?

Plenty of innocent people have been in GITMO for the last decade without trial. I am sure you would be very happy to be locked up there without trial for years on end.

How do you know where he is being sent or where he will end up? You don't.

Do you?

He is set to go before a judge within 24 hours of landing, and will appear in an open hearing following his arrival at an airport in New York state.
Abu Hamza is then expected to be held at the Metropolitan Correction Centre in Manhattan, in an area reserved for high-profile prisoners

Are you not keen on finding out who terrorists are?

You do not know where he will end up and the BBC also do not know and I already know who the terrorists are, the biggest terrorists are obviously the USA followed by the UK and Israel brining up the rear.

Oh wow what a feeble comeback. When presented with facts comeback with absolutely nothing. Oh well yawn..no need to bother with you anymore.

Your choice :)

Perhaps you could explain why replica guns and CS gas cannisters have a place in a Mosque? I'm intrigued.
