Addressing the Gay Issue

There would be no "Gay Issue" to address if people would simply attain the maturity to mind their own damn business. Why anyone cares what goes on in someone else's bedroom between consenting adults is beyond me. I have enough other REAL issues to deal with without imposing my views on another person's sexuality.

There is no "Gay Issue". There is only self-righteous stupidity among people who believe that everyone must be like them.

There would be no gay issue if homosexuals stopped asking for special privileges: "gay marriage", company benefits for shacked up gays, zillions of dollars in AIDS research paid for by taxpayers so they can b___f___ each other without protection and have no side effects.

To ask for equal benefits on marriage as that straight people get is "special"?

And there are so many things wrong with the AIDS thing you said- for one, what gay group is asking for greater AIDS research that a AIDS charity (even one for and by straight people) is not? Also, you do not get AIDS by having unprotective anal sex unless the other person has AIDS in which case you can- that goes for straight people too though

You also make it seem like AIDS research is a bad thing.

Homosexuals have fought like tigers for tapayer-funded aids research for 30 years, and they've gotten it - billions of dollars worth, short-changing other deadly diseases.

It is not about unprotected sex at all. It is about a disease that affects millions of people, MANY WHO ARE COMPLETELY STRAIGHT including children across the world. This issue has nothing to do with homosexuality anymore. It is not 1981 anymore.

Again, no. There are plenty of straight people who have it and can transmit it sexually. Magic Johnson is a famous example. There are also many children who get it through their mothers when they are born. That the CDC lied about the prevalance of AIDS in heterosexuals to garner more research dollars is WELL known and documented in the book "The myth of heterosexual aids". The main carriers and spreaders in the US remains gays and intravenous drug users. That aids research has gotten VAST funding in the NIH for decades has strictly to do with the gay influence in the democrat party.

Magic Johnson is a famous example.

Yep - women who get pregnant inspite of having aids need to be jailed.

The US can't afford to bankrupt itself dealing with the diseases of countries full of irresponsible people.

The means of transmittal and protection against AIDS is COMPLETELY understood, and is only transmitted by irresponsible persons, who expect the US tax payer to subsidize their continued irresponsibility.

And of course as usual you completely neglect the economics of negative externalities (other countries with major AIDS problems has a negative effect on the US [not to mention we already have a sizable portion with AIDS too])

Patrick seems to be a bit schizophrenic here. He apparently admits to the high level of AIDs in the heterosexual population in southern African countries while insisting that it has minimal effect on the USA, but insists that the much lower levels of heterosexual AIDS in America reported by the CDC is some kind of conspiracy that is vastly overstating the case. Just how do you rationalize these two statements with each other, Patrick?

I don't know if it would be "criminally irresponsible" or not. But it would get thousands of Scouts pulled out of Scouting by nervous or enraged parents. Right or wrong I think it would happen.

I don't know. My youngest daughter was a girl scout and dropped out because she was bullied. One of my younger brothers was a boy scout in Fl. and loved it. Guess it depends on where and who they are dealing with.:unsure:

The two statements have nothing to do with each other, except that they fall under the category of AIDS. You sound confused.
