2/3 DO stay here. American students can't make the grade, because the leftwing education establishment has failed them. Therefore we need to import talent. We CERTAINLY don't need mexican welfare cases.

We do not import talent. We import welfare cases. I think I made my point clear. It is why Canada has such a huge debt. Before libtarded programs were enacted, Canada was debt-free.
