So what if they can watch it days or weeks later ? If you weren't afraid to have everyone see you on the street today, why would you be afraid to have them see that same thing 3 weeks from now ? Whatever it is you're thinking, I'm not seeing any sense to it.

I have a question.....if a camera manages to to capture an image that allows the worst of this world to be stopped, perhaps saving a few people from dying, losing limbs, or dealing with a loss that changes life for the worst.

being able to move around in the public without being watched by big brother is a liberty. Once liberty is removed for safety we have neither.

Maybe your real solution is to not pick you nose or scratch your ass. There's no reason for anyone to be concerned about a video of them "showing up" a year later, from a public place where they chose to go and allow countless people to see them. Maybe you're just excessively bashful ? Unless you're engaging in some type of improper activity (illegal ?)

Even if a suspect's face is covered there still are identifying characteristics which could be noted. Height, weight, general body shape, hands, ears, gait, style of movement, voice, any unusual behavioral characteristics, etc.
As for wearing masks, I think that all face-coverings for people 12 years old and older (on Halloween) should be banned, including Muslim face coverings like burkas and niqabs (Islam should be banned entirely, as a security threat & public menace).
