A gov't that doesn't spend money is no gov't. Bills need to be payed, paychecks made out and missions funded. Best to do this with a surplus true but but you can't complain about spending unless your an anarchist.
the higher the income tax for people that this much money the lower the incentive to make that much money. Therefore the smaller the population you can steal from. On top of that if i just give up and sit on my ads sill day i can get a pay check from the government, removing the incentive to work has a negative effect on economy.
I have seen thus first hand. For side work i watch low rent apartments. The residents at these apartments call it the ghetto. I have a rent roster that tells me who lives where. It also says who is on federal assistance. The ones who are most of them have brand new cars, that i paid for, brand new tvs designer clothes, on even has a2012 jag, buys food with food stamps. I have worked in many of these places it is the norm not the exception. That is where our tax dollars go to buy diploid for people who buy jags. That is the government subject, i can't believe this doesn't upset you, unless you are sucking on the same teat teen that makesmakes since.

I'm not so much defending Obama as pointing out that your logic is flawed.
The military is the main expense. Welfare is up there but it's not the money sink you (someone who's never looked at the budget it seems) think it is.
Take it back? You never lost it, you're just a partisan hack that is mad the right has lost power and ignores that it wasn't Obama that threw out the Constitution, centralized power in the Executive Branch and established a security bureaucracy to put dictatorships and juntas to shame. What Congress did for McCain was to try and go around the constitution and enact it as if had been an amendment and sent to the states to ratify which Congress illegally tried to do. In other words they tried to amend the Constitution which is not their right to do. They have the right to begin the amendment process but when they have made the amendment that amendment has to be submitted to the states for I believe 3/4 for ratification before it becomes the law of the land.
