I doubt Ron Paul can get elected. We elected his son Dr. Rand Paul senator from Ky. last Nov. I am glad we did. But people like David Letterman will just never understand the Paul way of thinking. Why? Because they don't want to understand. I am not sure that the Paul family are Republican in the classic sense. I would call them more libertarian.

I think Sarah Palin makes a better cheerleader than candidate for republicans. The people that love her really love her. But too many have a almost unreasonable hate for her. They even hate her children and grandchildren. I don't understand attacking children.

Peewee Herman may have a better chance of election than Herman Cain. Not saying anything bad about him. But I would guess he is too "unknown" to win in 2012.

I generally agree with all three of those statements/assessments. These polls are almost never true when it comes to the actual elections. When it comes to the Pauls, they just have way too many enemies who are big lobbiers, which would make it hard to win the presidency. I'd say somewhere down the road Rand Paul will have a better chance than his father has right now.
