Your complaint is with the first amendment, it protects the right to free speech. Even if that speech is insulting.

You are incorrect, as I have in no way stated Rush, or anyone else should be silenced. Instead, I have clearly stated my opinion concerning the effect his free speech has on my country. It seems you have a habit of extrapolating to the point of corrupting the comments of others.
Having opinion is totally cool, putting words in another persons mouth is not.
If your complaint is not with the right of free speech, quit complaining about people extruding that right. Disagree and move on.

I disagree with rush, so therefore I don't listen to his show, when people talk about him I say I don't know anything about him, that simply ends any discussion. I am librarian so I do agree with conservative fiscal policy, and mild liberal social policy. So there would be common ground between rush and I. But I am not interested in his talk show. His opinion in no way effects me.

Where I am conservative us with social money policy. Medicare, social security, welfare, Obama care, I retain a conservative opinion on those. A Demi-conservative if you will.
