Meanwhile, we can try to influence changes through protest, direct action, activism, etc.
I'm a cleaner. I work. I don't think the Government does enough - the safety net of benefits is good, but it doesn't address the underlying issues. Vaccinations are a good analogy, you don't just try to address the symptoms, you consider how such occurrences can be prevented. The thing is, the Government doesn't exist in order to help ordinary people, or solve these problems. Therefore, it's not necessarily the answer, either.
I'm not a communist, anymore. Though I am often mistaken for one. I'm a socialist, and a syndicalist.
