worst - best president list

dear patrons,

please arrange the following presidents from worst to best. the best or worst don't have the be the best or worst throughout time, or of all the presidents in history; just the best or worst of the list below. I'm looking for worst or best overall...not specifically, with relation to ethics, foreign policy, economy, etc. in other words, don't say "he's the worst at this but he's the best of that..."

just your overall impression of them.

I hope this isn't "the worst thread ever" and I hope I haven't confused. I've done my level best.

(The 2 above basically tied, I assume a 2 term Carter would have had a better showing so I put him ahead.)

I'm not particularly impressed by any of them though I think history would have held a better opinion of Carter had he been reelected.

A CIA that tried to keep the peace would have been a nice change of pace. Hardly a bad thing unless you like things like Islamists taking over Iran and Afghanistan.

that would be a lovely ideal. unfortunately one can only be a lamb among jackals for so long.
