you are correct, all religions are guilty of this behavior. it seems odd to me that most preach love but some in each do not practice it, but they are considered the most devout, kind of strange. why are the clowns with the signs saying God hates gays thought of the most devout Christians.

So what I just said it was. That's not what Iran has. Iran isn't even a functioning theocracy anymore, more of a military junta with a strong liberal/clerical opposition movement.

Do you remember a few years ago when Iran was murdering it's own people in the streets like Syria has been doing? Islam is a fascist religion. Any religion that states to not make friends with Christians and Jews is evil.

And we did the same thing not too long ago (though we didn't actually shoot to kill), what's your point? They were putting down an uprising aimed at overthrowing the gov't, not a peaceful protest. A gov't not letting itself die isn't fascism.

Islam is much more than just "a religion". It is also a culture and governing doctrine. Sharia Law is the law of the land in Iran.
